Germany has beautiful places to visit and we are trying to go to some of them during the summer. 🇩🇪💛Weekend trip to Berchtesgaden National Park. 🗺 Discoveries: taking a boat trip to Königssee and a short hike to Obersee, visiting Eagles Nest (Hitler’s old command) and the BEST part of the trip the salt mine tour @salzbergwerk_berchtesgaden 🥨 Best eats: Panorama Restaurant on top of the Edelweis Hotel #fails we got a really nice view of the clouds, unfortunately bad weather did not let us see from the top of the alps. Oh well, that means we have to come back 🤗 #travelersnotebook
We celebrated Lucia’s third birthday in a beautiful animal park in the outskirts of Munich, with of course a very German wooden play area. There was a mixture of languages and cultures in the room - from a piñata full of sweets to cucumbers and fruits. I think it’s this crazy combination that has made Lucia into an easy going, open, smart, social, and kind three year old. Of course, every parent says this about their kid🤪; but we can’t help it, we feel blessed to have her! ❤️ Happy birthday Pichi! #loveyousomuch #latergram
